A system
for the hand-made.
The boutique was founded on a deeply personal craft. Every piece was lettered, stitched and sealed by hand. As they scaled, the question was: how do you build a system that supports growth without flattening that texture?
We built a brand identity that codified the craft markers — the imperfect stamp, the variation in hand-stitching, the warm desk-lamp palette — as design tokens. Templates were designed so that the staff could produce social content, packaging, and lookbooks without the founder’s eye on each piece.
The boutique now ships work that looks unmistakably hand-made, even when the founder isn’t in the room.
