03 Intervention · Internal Operations

The building,
made visible.

The operations team was high-performing but invisible to the rest of the company. Leadership found out about problems weeks after they had been quietly solved, and about wins long after the moment to recognise them had passed.

We designed an internal dashboard that surfaced the team’s actual rhythm — not vanity metrics, but the observable patterns of how work moved through the organisation. The dashboard became the primary tool in weekly leadership reviews, and its data shaped the next year’s hiring plan.

The team is no longer invisible. The building’s heartbeat is visible to everyone who needs to see it.
