This policy describes the data Kairos Systemics collects, why we collect it, and how we keep it. It is written to be read, not skimmed. If anything here is unclear, write to us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit the structural diagnostic form, we collect the information you give us — name, email, company, and the message describing what needs structure. That is the only data we collect about you, and it is collected only because you sent it.
When you visit the site, our server records standard request metadata — IP address, browser, referring page, and time — for security and basic analytics. This data is rotated out every 30 days.
We do not use third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioural fingerprinting. The site loads two CDN scripts (smooth scrolling and animation libraries); these do not transmit visitor data.
Why we collect it
To respond to your diagnostic request. To recognise abusive traffic patterns. To improve how the site reads and performs over time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. The diagnostic form data is read by the team responsible for evaluating your project, and nobody else.
How we keep it
Form submissions are stored in our self-hosted database and in our team email. Both systems are on infrastructure we control and review. Data is retained while a project is active and for 24 months after; you can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion — request that we erase your data from our systems.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — refuse processing of your data.
Send any of the above requests to [email protected]. We acknowledge within five working days and act within thirty.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie — kairos_systemic_lang — which remembers your language preference for one year. It contains the string en or es. No tracking. No analytics. You can delete it at any time through your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects your data, we will note the change here and date the revision in the header. Material changes will also be sent to anyone we hold an email address for.
