What the site is
The site exists to describe what we do, show a record of past interventions, and provide a way to begin a conversation. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer of services. Pricing shown is indicative; the final scope and fee for any engagement are defined in a written proposal signed by both parties.
How an engagement begins
Every engagement begins with a structural diagnostic. You request one through the form; we respond within one working day; we agree on scope, timeline, and fee in a written document before any work starts. No work is performed, and no obligation exists on either side, until that document is signed.
Your responsibilities
During an engagement, you agree to provide accurate information about the systems we are designing for, access to relevant stakeholders, and timely feedback on deliverables. The quality of the system we build is bounded by the quality of the inputs you give us.
Our responsibilities
We will design with the structural rigour described in our method, treat your data with the privacy described in our policy, and deliver what we agreed to deliver. If we cannot deliver on time, we will tell you immediately and propose a revised plan.
Intellectual property
Work produced for you during an engagement — designs, code, documentation, configurations — belongs to you upon final payment. We retain the right to use anonymised versions in our own portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.
The site, its design, and the cinematic story it tells are the intellectual property of Kairos Systemics. Do not reproduce or republish without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or an engagement with us is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kairos Systemics is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith conversation will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will note the change here and date the revision in the header. Material changes will be communicated to anyone currently engaged with us.
